🌾 Food Security and Livelihoods
At LEAF Organization, we believe that a sustainable future begins with food-secure communities. In South Sudan, climate change, conflict, and environmental degradation threaten the ability of families to grow food and earn a living.
Our Food Security and Livelihoods Program helps communities build resilience through climate-smart agriculture, sustainable resource management, and livelihood diversification.

➜ Climate-Smart Agriculture: Promoting drought- and flood-tolerant crops, improved farming practices, and efficient water use.
➜ Livelihood Diversification: Supporting income-generating activities such as kitchen gardening, small livestock keeping, and agroforestry.
➜ Farmer Training: Equipping farmers and youth with practical skills to adapt to changing weather patterns.
